Qatar estimates use 0% personal income tax for employment salary by default. Employee social insurance defaults to 0% for an expatriate-style estimate, with an optional 0%-7% employee social insurance rate for Qatari or GCC contributor scenarios capped at QAR 100,000 monthly contribution salary.
