Estimate Tanzania annual and monthly net salary from gross annual TZS base salary with monthly PAYE bands, NSSF or PSSSF-style employee retirement deductions, secondary-employment withholding, and non-resident employment withholding.
Tanzania estimates include the monthly resident primary-employment PAYE table from 0% to 30%, employee retirement-fund deductions before primary-job PAYE, a 30% resident secondary-employment withholding mode, and a 15% non-resident employment withholding mode.
Calculations are simplified gross-to-net estimates for regular base salary and an entered taxable bonus. Equity, benefits, personal tax credits, and payroll timing differences are outside the estimate.
